Tripped Cheer & Dance is a brand of Tripped Cosmetics. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tripped Cheer & Dance and Tripped Cosmetics. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@trippedcosmetics.com.

Information we collect

• Forms you submit: when you use our contact form, team quote form or email sign-ups, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, team or studio name, team details and your message.
• Your shopping bag: items you add to your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you return. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and prepare team quotes.
• To send product news and team deals, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To run, secure and improve the website.

Checkout and payments

When you check out, you are taken to the Tripped Cosmetics online store (powered by Shopify) to complete your purchase. Payment and order information is collected and handled there under the Tripped Cosmetics privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment details on this site.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site, including our website host (which also processes form submissions), Google Fonts (which delivers the site's typefaces and may receive your IP address) and Shopify for checkout. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.

Children's privacy

Our products are made for athletes of all ages, but our forms and email sign-ups are intended for parents, coaches and athletes 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email support@trippedcosmetics.com and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@trippedcosmetics.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and sign-ups only as long as needed to respond to you, fulfil team orders and send the updates you asked for, or as required by law.
